Architecture and construction management, Ohio State University. Co-founded the Swedish recycling and waste management company M14000 in 2013, focused on construction waste. Realist environmentalist since the 70s: innovation, legislation and education together drive change.

Currently operating in construction. Brings entrepreneurial experience, an existing client base and infrastructure to the company, along with technical competence and a bias for innovation.
Strategy & Business Development
A lawyer, MBA, or similarly strong business profile with sharp thinking, high integrity and a genuine ability to build relationships. Someone social and curious, commercially minded without being driven by ego, and comfortable moving between strategy, business and people. Experience in waste or recycling is not essential. Character, judgement and ambition are. This is an equity co-founder opportunity for someone who wants to help shape Ambientum and build something significantly bigger than it is today.

I was born at sea and grew up in the mountains. There was no ESG, no Green Economy, We didn’t know those words. What I did know was how plastics grew in the waters, and Pike diminished. How the Eider disappeared, and Freons appeared. And how the rivers went silent and sour.
Having operated and launched the bin system in waste a decade ago I experienced very easy sales, but a horrendous churn of +30% within a quarter. Turns out, site managers got too much of constant calling to pick-up/delivery of bins.
I thought of tech solutions - too complicated then, accessible today.
I thought of logging: Where. What. How. When. Frequency. Size. Type. Floors. Workers. Time.
Log every useful parameter. Could pre-AI Excel begin to foresee and plan what was missing. Reduce churn by 5%? 10%?
The idea of the System was born.
I ”discovered” Warszawa a few years back. I liked just about everything. And paid attention to: Cranes, dust, dumpsters everywhere. Development. Looking around, the development was 10% in. 90% remaining. And a lunch was 15 zloty.
The future of Poland wasn’t obvious to all, but I felt it. Opportunity is here. I particularly noted a highly fragmented waste market.
Serendipity, and here We are.
At the right place. At the right time. With experience. And a System.
